This is one of my recent Starmap commissions, for Hsin-Yi Wang, culinary Wizardess of @t2artse4u who I mysteriously found myself living in the same town as twice, on opposite coasts, over the span of the last decade.

While working on this piece, I began to visualize *for the first time* the undulating geometry captured in freeze frame in the two-dimensional astrological chart.

I saw through inspired, collaborative vision, the living heavenly bodies in geometrical concert around this profound, illuminated and beautiful human, whose story resounds on this plane as destiny, and ultimate meaning. And though my skills have not yet caught up with how to express this reality visually through my art, I am forever grateful to this Starmap for revealing it’s essential understanding to my imagination.
